Can't remember many details about it (it was sooo looong ago!) but I know the ultimate goal, I believe, was to determine who, on the panel, was telling the truth.<br /><br />This Sunday (Dec. 9) I'm preaching a message titled, <em>"Why lead paint terrifies us!"</em> and it deals with exactly the same idea! WHO we trust determines how we live our lives. IF we're trusting in ourselves, instead of God, we'd BETTER be terrified by lead paint and all the other environmental concerns out there! Whenever we de-throne God and replace Him with ourselves, we assume ALL of the responsibilities that go with the title, God. <br /><br />If you're in the Batavia, Il. area Sunday, look us up. You might be surprised to learn that the sky is NOT falling and that Al Gore IS NOT the voice of reason (in spite of the fact he now claims BOTH an Academy Award and a Nobel Prize).
